If + Present tense, future tense
example : If you eat lot, you will be overweight.
Type 2 : Unreal situation in the present time
If + Past tense , would,could, might + Verb 1
example :
If I had much money, I would buy a luxurious car.
Fact : You don't have much money, so you don't buy a luxurious car.
Type 3 : Unreal situation in the past
If + Pas perfect, would, could, might + perfect tense.
example :
If he had known your phone number, he would have called you.
