Education English | Procedure Text : How To Make Herbed Mushroom's With Feta | Ingredients :
1 tablespoon each olive and butter
1/4 cup foxboard merlot
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
Methods :
In a large skillet cook mushrooms in oil and butter 5 minutes until slightly softened
Add wine, continues to cook until liquid has almost evaporated. Remove from heat, cool slightly
Sprinkle mushrooms with feta and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately .
