Come on this auspicious occasion we praise and thank our almighty presence of God, because we were all given the opportunity, health and strength to continue our work, our devotion to the interests of humanity in the world.
I also want to use this good opportunity to welcome the distinguished guests, the leads contingent of international and Olympic participants in the field of astronomy and astrophysics from friendly countries. Hopefully the presence of guests in the framework of this Olympiad could also be used to watch our country with all its dynamics and its efforts to build a better tomorrow.
