Good morning Mr / Mrs Teachers and friends as well. First of all I thank you for the opportunity given to me. For this occasion, I want to convey about the values of heroism that has begun to fade.
Hero is a figure of a figure who is always in community cheered. Those who are considered heroes are those who have fought for the sake of society at large. Heroes are not necessarily those who participated in the war to achieve independence. Heroes can also mean those who have rendered great. As an example is the unsung hero who is known as a teacher.
The hero is the exemplary figure who often gave inspiration to the general life a lot. Exemplary figure they can imprint on in people's lives all his life. The young generation is now very lost heroic figure. They no longer understand and recognize the values of heroism. The present generation is more likely in teaching things that are hedonism and induvidualis without altruistic or another.
It is very valuable in heroism is united in solidarity. The heroes come together from various groups, jointly strive to achieve the ideals of independence. Let us look at the struggle in the current period of independence, the heroes of so many who lack food, clothing and even the board. But society at that time helping each other better. Those with strong help the weak. There is no conflict of religion or ethnicity. At that moment they were all united against invaders.
This is very different from the achievement of independence. Was it really independence achieved? Lately a lot of threats to religious life in Indonesia. It seems the people of Indonesia are very 'idle' until they are too often interfere with religious affairs of other problems that caused friction-friction in use by parties who are not responsible. Lots of terror bombings that occurred in times of holidays or in places of worship itself. Christmas Eve bomb, bomb in Cirebon, bombs in Serpong. All of these bombs as if to say that Indonesia is not a single nation that berbhineka ika but a single nation alone. Where is the unity between the tribes and religions that exist in the current period of independence, where each appreciate and respect one another. The situation and conditions that developed in that time proved that the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation has faded.
The second thing that is very thick of a hero is his dignity. A hero will defend his oppressed countrymen that in other nations. They really keep the dignity of the Indonesian nation. Where's the value? Lihatah the Indonesian labor is wasted out there. They suffered persecution without any law on their side. Even in their moment of agony and there have been any court cases, justice is on their side. Money seemed to be able to replace everything. Whereas if we see other countries, when one of their citizens just in reporters, they already make preparations for a weapon of war to defend him. And what about our country?
In addition to the above two things, the last thing that should be in the echoes of the hero is a struggle. They struggled for years to achieve their goals. This is a good role model for younger generations so that they are tough like a hero. They want to learn to achieve their goals. This is indeed a little contrast with the younger generation who like to seek a short path, especially in achieving the state graduation exam. If indeed they are all willing to fight hard the exam answer key vendors will not be selling well in the search by the students. The heroes are not only shed sweat but with a tired soul as well. But they remained steadfast struggle to defend the country and defend their principles.
It's time to introduce the younger generation in return to the values of heroism that has begun to fade and mean again. By knowing the heroes of us then we will be taught for the clever in achieving our ideals. Look at those who have succeeded, they have indicated that their ideal is not impossible.
Among my speech.
Thank you.
