Ladies and gentlemen,
Muslim brothers around the country that I love,
Let us pray our praise and gratitude the presence of almighty God for His blessings and gifts on the eve of this blessing, we are able to attend the celebration event Nuzullul Qur'an in 1428 Hijri. Hopefully shed prayers and greetings to our master the great prophet Muhammad. And his family, his companions and followers of the prophet until the end of time.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Alhamdulillah with gratitude this evening we have entered the 18th day of the holy month of Ramadan. We have ended the first 10 days, the days are filled with the grace of god. This evening has been in 10 days hopefully second full pardon. Hopefully the last 10 days that will come god give strength and patience to us so that we include those who rose against the gods degrees.
Nuzullul celebration theme of the Qur'an is the existence of al-Quran as a guide the straight path, the path of national and state. This theme is very important because it implies to make al-Quran as a guide in our lives. Not only in the relationship between living with his god, but also in the life of the community, nation and state.
Al-Quran as a pen god, kallamullah revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, contains instructions for us to handle for those who want to achieve happiness of the world and the hereafter. As a rule of life, al-quran contain clues to solve personal problems, family problems and society, nation and State.
Al-Quran provides guidance for those who are devoted to those who believe in the Unseen, who establish prayer and spend some god-given sustenance to them. Qur'an also gives guidance instructions and rules of sharia for Muslims in order to obtain the correct guidance in living life in the world. Al-Quran also contains a guide in the mix between fellow human beings.

Al-Quran requires mankind to achieve science, al-quran verses of the first down, contains the read command. Command to read it, not just read in the narrow sense, but reading in the broadest sense. Gave is the initial core of a search process to make the life science world and the hereafter is better. Prophet once said that whoever wants the Hereafter, nor should the science; and anyone who wants to get both the world and the hereafter should be with the science anyway.
With science, as I say before, we can build a nation's life is more advanced and prosperous. Thus the importance of science and the government has given priority attention to the development of education. With the education that we can build human resources in Indonesia are tough, independent and competitive.
With science we can face global challenges and preserve the environment wisely. We can confront the challenges facing mankind such as global warming, today facing humanity the existence of living beings on planet earth. Therefore, as the creatures on this earth we are obliged to look after the environment from damage. Did not God teach us to live harmoniously with nature around, with fellow human beings and with the almighty creator.
God has expressly forbids mankind to make mischief in the earth. In managing and utilizing the earth and its contents, the human race should not ignore the laws divine, Islamic law either express or implied.
Let us fill this Ramadhan month with various activities to enhance the capacity of our knowledge as we attempt to enhance the dignity of the nation. Let us increase the social solidarity of the weak., To help the poor and our brothers are stricken. May the gods always provide guidance, direction and his safe.
