On a good opportunity and this blessed I invite all attendees to once again say our praise and thanksgiving to God Almighty because although our country is facing challenges and tests, should we always be grateful because we are given the opportunity, health and strength to continue the task and our dedication to our beloved country.
We are also grateful today to attend the delivery marks a very important award that we have just witnessed together. In the teachings of religion, I think any religion teaches that we must compete in doing good. Provide the best service to the people it could be a means to measure our true dedication in tasks related to public service. Lets have good etiquette and ethics, give thanks for the award that deserves it. Of course we provide encouragement, we admonish, we provide sanctions for the negligent. If we do, our lives will be balanced, healthy, dynamic, full of zeal to fight better, for the nation and state.

Before I conclude this greeting, you follow that the world economy is experiencing turmoil and financial crisis triggered by the financial hit in the United States developed countries, creeping into all the world like the tsunami and the impact we are beginning to feel as a country affected, the impact it began we feel and the next few years will we still feel.
