School quality and reputable is the desire of all parties, both from the school, parents and pupils themselves. School quality is a school that is able to manage students' academic ability and also in attitude. As we all know that today's human character has been eroded by hedonism and is considered as a trivial matter.
Moral lesson is not always a lesson alone but would be better if directly applied in everyday life. Manners are very easy on the 'transmitted' through exemplary. This example of course, must be given by anyone who was in the school environment, especially the teachers and school administrators. Using human resources that have good manners is the first strategy to improve the quality of schools. Teachers as role models will be able to provide examples of good attitudes and behavior to his disciples. This does not mean old-fashioned way of educating pupils with a dictator, but to educate principled moderate manner. In applying this case the teacher must also understand the language and thinking styles of students so that they are aware of the limits of behavior and can joke with using language that is polite but still hanging.
The second strategy is a common strategy used by the school in general is to use human resources, namely the teachers are good at teaching the material. Smart and clever in the mastery of the material is important in choosing a teacher resource. But far more important use of resources and qualified teachers who are capable in delivering course material that can be easily understood by the pupils. The purpose of school pupils are to learn and increase knowledge, therefore, then the students need teachers who can add to the quality of their knowledge.

The lessons that involve teamwork and creativity to build a fraternity of quality in one school. One example is the addition of school quality by holding a Field Trip that proved efficient to train self-reliance and social skills among students. Field Trip can be held at the end of each semester or at the end of the school year.
