- Born between 2 April 1991 and 1 April 1996
- Graduated high school with an average value of a diploma or 3 semester grade report card last at least:
- 8.4 for S1
- 8.2 for level D3
- 8.0 for the level of D2
- Where D2 is a 2-year study period (including learning Japanese for 1 year).
- Civil Engineering and Architecture; Electrical and Electronic Engineering; Wireless Communication; Computer; Information Processing; nourishment; Cooking; Nursery Teacher Training; Nursing Welfare: Social Welfare; Management; Travel; Bussiness ; Dressmaking Harmony: Music: Art: Design; Photograph; etc.
