• 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 5 tablespoons of skim milk
• 3 bananas, mashed
• 175 grams of brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
• 5 egg whites
• 200 gr of wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar (caster)
• Walnuts/almond slices for garnish

Steps :

1. Preheat oven 180 degrees C. Cover bottom and sides of pan size 20x20x5cm with baking paper.
2. Mix the cocoa powder, sugar and skim milk. Put bananas, brown sugar, and vanilla extract
3. Beat the egg whites with a fork. Put continue whisk chocolate mixture. Sift the flour directly on it and stir well. Pour into baking pan, sprinkle top with walnuts
4. Bake for +- 40 minutes. Cool, cut into pieces.
