The developmental of computer technology is very fast now. At first the computer was only a thing that helped people save their data after writing a document or play a game. Today you can do many things on your personal computer. You can write a letter, draw a graphic, count an account report, and play three dimensial games. But the most popular activity which is related with computers at the moments is surfing the internet.
The internet provides lot of infromation that needed by many people. If your personal computer has the capability to explore it, it goes without saying that you will know everything faster than your friends, especially if you have good english skill. Beside that, it also facilitates people talking by writing. This activity usually called "chatting".
The developmental of internet led to experts to create many kinds of activities such as teleconference, an activity in which people can have a conversation while seeing each other through a display although separated by thousands of kilometres, playing an interactive game with other people who do not live in the same house, or watching sports that are not broadcast on TV.
All sport information is available on the internet. If you like sports, you can find the latest result, but you can also enjoy the highlight of the match. For students the internet is very useful to help them to get the references they need in order to do their assignments. Teachers also feel grateful for the invention of the internet because they can have more knowledge by exploring it.
There are also many negative effects caused by its development such as kids can see pornographic features by exploring its sites, spending much time doing useless chatting with others or playing interactive games while forgetting more important activities. Those activities are bad influence since they lead people to destroy their moral values.
