Procedure Text : How To Make Anzac Biscuits

Education English | Procedure Text : How To Make Anzac Biscuits | Materials/equipment :
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups of caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoon of golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoon of boiling water
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions :
  1. Turn oven 160 C
  2. Lightly grease oven tray
  3. Mix oats, flour and sugar in a large bowl
  4. Melt butter and golden syrup
  5. Add this mixture to melted butter and golden syrup
  6. Add this to oats mixture in the large bowl, mix together well
  7. Roll tablespoonsfuls of the mixture into balls, put on try 5 cm apart
  8. Press lightly on top of each with a fork
  9. Bake for 20 minutes
