- 2 eggs-beaten
- 1 red or green pepper-chopped
- 2 large onions -chopped
- 10 ml garlic-minced
- 2 tsp corn oil
- 3 green onions -chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce-optional
- 1 cup instant rice
- 3 stalks celery -chopped
- 1 cup water-boiling
Directions :
- Cook the eggs in a large pan, over low heat until set. Break with a fork. Remove from pan
- Combine the onions, oil- and 2 teaspoons of the soy sauce in the pan, Cook and stir until onion is brown.
- Add remaining ingredients and eggs to boiling
- Reduce heat, simmer 1 minutes, Stir in reserved heat. Remove from heat, cover tightly, let stand 5 minutes stir before serving.
