- Some ears of sweet corn
- 5 or more tablespoons of margarine
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A pinch of salt
- Some chillies ( if you like )
First, peel the corn skin. Second grind the garlic, salt and chili. Third , mix the margarine with the ground, garlic mixture and roast it on a grill until a bit burned, Fifth burst the corn with the margarine mixture onxe again and roast until cooked. Finally serve it in hot at warm.
