- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion , sliced length
- 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into
- 3 pieces of ear mushrooms, soaked, sliced length
- 100 grams of beans sprouts
- 1 teaspoon mushrooms soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of oil for saucening
Steps :
- Fry garlic, onions, ginger and green peppers until fragrant
- Add ear mushrooms and bean sprouts. Stir until wilted
- Pour Mushroom soy sauce . salt and pepper . Cook until absorbed. Add the sesame oil.Stirr well.
