- 4 eggs
- 100 gram tempe, steamed, finely ground
- 3 pieces of red chili, finely sliced
- 1 stalk celery , chopped fine
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 3 cloves garlic. finely chopped
- 1 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon margarine for saueting
Steps :
- Hot margarine, Sauce garlic and onions until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
- Beat the egg off. Enter stir, tempe, red cayenne pepper, celery , scallions, salt and stir well
- Add the chili sauce . Stir well
- Heat 1 table spoon margarine. Enter the egg mixture. Stir briefly.Close. Leave to mature.
