• 4 eggs
• 100 gram tempe, steamed, finely ground
• 3 pieces of red chili, finely sliced
• 1 stalk celery , chopped fine
• 1 leek, finely sliced
• 3 cloves garlic. finely chopped
• 1 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 1 tablespoon margarine for saueting

Steps :

1. Hot margarine, Sauce garlic and onions until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
2. Beat the egg off. Enter stir, tempe, red cayenne pepper, celery , scallions, salt and stir well
3. Add the chili sauce . Stir well
4. Heat 1 table spoon margarine. Enter the egg mixture. Stir briefly.Close. Leave to mature.
